Biz - E - Kidz Update
Professional Practice Day
The School will be holding another ‘Professional Practice Day’ where students are not required to attend school. Biz - E - Kidz will be running a program for the day, please see important dates below.
Important Dates:
‘No Students at School’ day program Date:
Monday 29th August
‘No Students at School’ day Program release - Week beginning Monday 25th July: Program plan will be available online, via compass, newsletter and email. (we will not be releasing a hard copy)
‘No Students at School’ day Program Bookings open - Monday 1st August: Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral account
‘No Students at School’ day Program Bookings Close - Friday 5th August: Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability.
Confirmations of places - Week Beginning Monday 8th August: Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families
Deposits due and last day to make cancelations - Friday 19th August A $10 per child deposit is due and last date to cancel your booking. Any cancellations or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child administration fee.
Biz-E-Kidz Seniors Club Opens!
The Biz-E-Kidz Seniors Club is officially open! Welcome Biz-E-Kidz in Years 3-6 and their families.
We now have a special space for the big kids to use all to themselves: the Library! Located in the Hive (next to the admin/office building), the Library is close to our main BEK building (making pick-up time easy for families), familiar to all children, and most importantly is an amazing space for us to have access to because it’s … FILLED WITH BOOKS! Thank you very much, Alice (our school librarian) for welcoming Biz-E-Kidz into your space.
On Friday last week, all Senior Biz-E-Kidz joined a meeting in the library to learn the expectations and possibilities of the Seniors Club. Those who chose to stay played board games, read books, did drawing with special Seniors' art equipment, and completed homework.

Staff shortages update
Thank you NMPS
A huge thank you to the NMPS community for your support through our recent staff shortages. Although not completely over, we believe we are through the worst of it. Families are now encouraged to resume their permanent bookings, and make casual and new bookings. Please contact us if you have any questions, to make bookings or booking changes.
