School Sports

Cricket 

This term we have a C Grade team in the Primary School Cricket Competition.  Our first game was on Saturday against Grange Primary Blue Team.  Unfortunately, we lost with Grange having two out for a score of 110 and LNPS having 6 out for 87.  We won the toss and elected to bat first.  Murray and Hayley were our captains for this game.  For some of our players it was their first time playing competition cricket.  It was great to see everyone get out, have a go and have fun.

Our next game is at our home ground (LNPS school oval) this Saturday at 8:30am against Star of the Sea.  If you would like to watch, please come down and support our boys and girls.

Playing in C Grade this term are Murray, Ethan, Brendon, Chloe, Hayley, Mitchell, Jasper, Cooper, Kobe, Molly and Calvin. C Grade cricket is made up of Years 4 and 5 and is modified rules. If you would like more information about the Primary School competition, including the heat policy, go to pscomp.sa.cricket.com.au.
