Grade 5/6

Footy Clinic 

Thank you to Jason for coming in last week to run a football clinic for our students. Lucky for us, the sun came out and our students enjoyed the running around, showing off their skills!

In the Classroom

Miss Hannah has finished up her second stint in 5/6B. It was great to see her continue to create strong relationships with all students in 5/6. We are looking forward to having her back Term 3. 

This week, our Year 5's have been partaking in NAPLAN. Our students have been doing an outstanding job, getting themselves prepared and working on their computers.

Our Year 6's have enjoyed working as a class, they have been exploring our new writing topic "Procedure" and have started writing down a procedure of how to make their favourite meals. During reading, students have tracked how characters can change throughout the story and inferring how the characters are feeling when problems occur.
