PEDESTRIAN ACCESS WILLIAM ST GATE
Please be aware that pedestrian access has been MODIFIED. There are builders fences up restricting how students and staff can enter and exit the school.
The temporary fencing will be in place while the Stage 3 redevelopment work is underway.
WORKS ALERT MAROONDAH HIGHWAY LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL PROJECT
As the finishing touches go on the new Lilydale station, there will be some changes to the way you travel. Please refer to the attachment below.
STUDENT FREE DAY

Correction / Report Writing Day
Year 12 students will be required at school for an English assessment.
Presentation Ball practice will held for Year 11 students.
UNEXPLAINED ABSENCES
We ask all parents and carers to please assist us to fulfil our legal attendance obligations and approve any unexplained absences on Compass for this year.
It is DET (Department of Education and Training) policy that all student absences are accounted for.
If it is expected that your child will be away for more than two days, please communicate this with the relevant Sub School Office.
If you have forgotten your Compass username and password, please contact the Sub School Assistants.

YEAR 10 STUDENT ENROLMENT INFORMATION
This week, all Year 10 families will receive an EMAIL from Lilydale High School requesting that you review an attachment. The SUBJECT LINE will read;
FW: Please review the attached Student Enrolment Information
The proforma email requests that you print off the Enrolment Information, make corrections, sign it and return the form to the school.
As it is very important that these details are up to date. Please read them carefully and make changes where necessary.
You may either print off the attachment and make changes and return it to the school, or send a return email with corrections included.
It is also very important that you check and confirm the Occupation Group codes on Page 3, this is essential demographic information that ensures that Lilydale High School receives appropriate resource allocation for students. A Guide to the occupation codes is at the rear of the Student Information.
If we do not have an email address recorded for your family, the Student Enrolment Information will be mailed home to you.
ALL CONTRACT BUS TRAVELLERS
For students who no longer require their allocated contract bus seat, have moved address or are now driving, could you please advise Lisa Polkinghorne in the Main Office.
Some school buses have large waiting lists and it would be great to be able to offer these seats to other students.
If you do a combination of school bus and driving, you can retain your seat for the year.
Just a reminder that it is a government requirement that MASKS are to be worn when travelling on all forms of public transport, this includes all school buses. LHS students must carry masks with them at all times when travelling.
Fare-payers - Second Half Yearly myki’s
Just a reminder for Fare-payer families, if you purchased a Half Yearly myki at the start of the year, your second half yearly myki will be due on the first day of Term 3. A letter will be sent home shortly regarding the process.
