Student Family Occupation Form 

All families would have received a Student Family Occupation Form in the mail. Thank you to those who have returned their form.

The Department of Education & Training requires current information relating to parent occupations and qualifications. This information is used as a formula for the funding that is allocated to the school.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, your current Family Occupation may have changed, and as a result, we are required to update all Student Family Occupation and Contact Details on our system. It is important that this form is returned to school by Wednesday 1st June.

All information you provide will be treated as CONFIDENTIAL. It is very important that the information you provide is accurate and current.

Family Statements

Family statements will be sent out in week 4. Payments can be made by BPAY, in person at the school office or over the phone.
