Selamat siang!

Well done on the last week of Remote Learning! The 3/4 teachers are absolutely amazed with the hardwork and positive mindsets that the students have been able to display each week. It was unreal to see so much positivity during all the Zoom sessions over the past few weeks. Welcome back to school!!!

Last week in Maths, we continued to explore chance and data. The students had the opportunity to create their own probability lines and chance related games. We introduced the concept of chance vs skill and students were encouraged to discuss the differences. In the coming week we will continue to dive deeper into chance and probability!

In English last week, students began to create their own information reports. It was amazing to see the wide range of different topics that students were able to find and present information on. Some students even had a go at creating a glossary and diagram to go with their report. Students showed a lot of persistence and independence as they spent several sessions creating their reports over the week! This understanding will come in handy when students continue to explore information reports at school.

The 3/4 teachers are extremely excited to have the students back to this week. We look forward to having a successful return to school and can’t wait to see you all in person.

Terima kasih and have a wonderful week!
