Sport and P.E.

In the Classroom

As Term 2 rolls to a close, we reflect back on a busy and hugely successful semester in PE for our BPPS students! Cross-country training, athletics practise, tennis sessions, badminton, downball, catching, throwing - the list goes on! All students from F-6 have achieved so much growth and success in PE this semester and have set themselves up for even more success in Terms 3 and 4! Rest up these holidays before a big second half to the year!

Sports Events

Our final sporting event for the Semester was the Regional Cross Country Carnival, where we had four fantastic runners from BPPS attend and compete. Well done to Sophie P, Madeline D, Ryan W and Kouki T for all of their success throughout this year's cross country. It's been a pleasure being a part of such a successful run to Regionals for these dedicated athletes, who have represented themselves and our school amazingly!

A busy term of sport ahead in Term 3, highlighted by the District Athletics Carnival on September 4th. Happy training over the holidays to those students who have qualified for this carnival. Training will begin at school early in Term 3, so keep your eyes peeled for information about this!

Have a great week!
