SOCCER NEWS

Congratulations to our girl’s soccer team for placing runners up at the Moorabbin District Girls Soccer Gala day last term. 

The girls played very well and now have the opportunity to compete at the Kingston Division Soccer day on Thursday 13th July at Aspendale Gardens Reserve. 

We wish the team the best of luck. Thanks to Mrs Farmer for managing and coaching the team. We also wish our boys soccer team well when they compete on the same day in the boy’s division. Go VPS!

HOUSE ATHLETICS CARNIVALS

Grades 4-6

Thursday 20th July (Track events)

Where: Duncan MacKinnon Athletics Track

TRACK EVENTS ORDER

9:30 a.m.   100-m

11.00 a.m. 800-m

12.00 p.m. 200-m

2:15 p.m.   1,500-m

9-10 year olds followed by 11 year olds, then by 12-13 year olds for each track event. 

Please keep in mind that times are APPROXIMATE and the day may run faster or slower depending on the weather!

 Wednesday 26th July (Field events)

Where: Duncan MacKinnon Athletics Track

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Uniform: House Colours dress up!

HELP: 

We require some parent helpers to assist with measuring for our field events on Wednesday 26th July. If you can help out, even for a few hours, please contact me at school.
