VM: Work related skills

We're excited to share news about a fundraiser we have been organising in WRS (Work Related Skills). In an effort to raise funds for our garden, the WRS class has decided to sell hot dogs during lunch time, Monday June 19th. This is a great opportunity for students to enjoy a delicious lunch and contribute to their school community at the same time.

Prices:

  • Hotdog- $4
  • Drink- $2.50

The money raised will be used for new garden tools and equipment. Our school's community garden is a space that brings together students, teachers, and community members to learn, grow, and connect with nature. The garden is not only a source of fresh produce and herbs but also serves as an outdoor classroom, where students can learn about sustainable gardening practices, environmental science, and the benefits of spending time in nature.

Unfortunately, our garden needs some upgrades to make it a truly vibrant and thriving space. That is why we are organising this hotdog fundraiser - to raise funds that will be used to purchase new plants, tools, and equipment. This will help us revitalize the garden and create a space that everyone in our community can enjoy.

Our aim is to make the garden more accessible and inclusive so that everyone in our community can benefit from it. We want to ensure that the garden is a welcoming space for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. By supporting our hotdog fundraiser, you will not only be contributing to the beautification of our neighbourhood but also to the promotion of environmental sustainability and the creation of a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy and learn from.

Thank you for considering our request for support. We believe that with your help, we can create a garden that will benefit our community for years to come.
