Office Hours before and after the holidays

The College will close at 2:30 pm Friday, 23rd June 2023.

Please also note that the first day of Term 3 is a staff professional development day (student free) so the office will not open until 8.00 am on Tuesday 12th July.

Office Hours and yard supervision

Before and after school 

We have noticed students are arriving to our College very early.  While we appreciate that students are eager to arrive at school, our grounds are supervised by school staff from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm. Outside of these times, any student that is onsite will not be supervised by our staff.

Students who may wish to attend school outside of these hours are expected to attend the Malgobila LRC which is open between 3.15pm and 5.00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays for study sessions. Students on College grounds outside these times will not be supervised (unless they are attending a supervised extracurricular activity). 

Parents/carers are requested to ensure that students do not arrive early or stay late after school unless they are attending a pre-arranged supervised activity (for example study sessions, music practice).

Victoria St Entrance

We have recently noticed an increase in students arriving and entering the grounds via the Victoria St entrance. Please be aware that this entrance is utilised by numerous vehicles and delivery trucks so can be quite busy and they require access onto the grounds.

If you are dropping your student off in Victoria St and to ensure the safety of our students and staff, please ensure the entrance is kept clear. We are looking into what improvements we can do in this area.

Please note that the preferred entrance to the college is through the main entrance on McKean St.
