Did you know that 12 of our amazing Year 6/7 students went to the Japanese Language Teacher’s Association of SA annual Quiz Day last Monday?

It was a morning of fun, games and sharing their learning. Each group paired up with students from another Japanese learning school to answer questions on Japanese Geography, Hiragana, Kanji, Vocabulary, Numbers, Festivals and Culture. I was thrilled to see the teamwork and cooperation from all of our students, not to mention the smiles on their faces when they got an answer correct!

Our teams did well on the day coming 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th out of 12 teams. A great result! Let’s hope we can join in again next year.
