Year 11 Literature

The Year 11 Literature class has been studying 'The Dressmaker' this term. Students have been engaging in hands-on tasks to immerse themselves in the world of the text and have been showcasing their learning in a number of creative ways!

Year 12 Chemistry

Currently, year 12 students have been studying about chromatography. They have been conducting paper chromatography that to observe the separation of felt tip pen ink. The experiment had helped students to understand the basic concept of chromatography.

Year 11 Chemistry

Students have been exploring the recent topic of acids and bases in Year 11 Chemistry. They conducted a series of practical experiments including finding the approximate pH of solutions using indicators, and investigating reactions of acids and bases. 

Blackburn House Silent Dodgeball

Blackburn House Mentor Group Challenge carried on the theme from the movie, pizza & popcorn night where the classic comedy Dodgeball was enjoyed by everyone.
