Senior School

Senior School Buzz

It has been a pleasure to join the St Andrews community, and specifically the Senior School. We have begun the year with enthusiasm and excitement. There is a real ‘buzz’ about the building. It was exciting to have the official opening of the building, and to have the school year commence. It is always invigorating to have students arrive, and the busyness begin.

I had the opportunity to speak to students in the assembly last week. One of things emphasised was the desire for students to achieve excellence in the classroom. We want to be a Senior School which is striving to provide an outstanding education for students from a Christian Worldview. As a Senior School we also want to be a place that has a relentless pursuit of improvement. This is applicable for me personally, but also to students and teachers. Please ask your children in what ways they are going to improve this year? How can we work together to help make those goals a reality?

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact your child’s Home Room teacher, Year Level Coordinator or myself. We are here to help you and your child get the most out of their education while here at St Andrews.
