Year 7 Reflections

Hamnah Rehman, St Rafka, #MeTime

On the first week of online schooling I did a “Me Time” activity. I was engaged in doing Just Dance. It was really exhausting but I kept on going and I completed five videos which were approximately four minutes each. In between I took a two minute break after each song. At the end of it, I felt calm and relaxed. “Me Time” is a great way to get off your computer and just have a calm mindset. I am really happy that I got to do this and I really enjoyed it. Have a lovely day!

During the pandemic this year I have been doing journaling to relieve stress or boredom. The type of journaling I do is about a creation music genre. Basically I create whatever comes to my mind. The first picture is a birthday so in it I wrote a happy birthday message. The second one is an appreciation post. I wrote about the lives of a certain member and doing this makes me very calm. I hope you like it.
