5 Ways to stay connected during social distancing

As we move into the next stage of Remote Learning and also spending more time at home, it is important to focus on our own Mental Health and Wellbeing.

When we came back to school in Term 2, students were so excited as they were able to reconnect with their friends. As we have been advised to stay home and with our families, it is important to encourage our children to continue their friendships with their friends and families from afar. Here are 5 ways to help families “Stay Connected During Social Distancing”.

Once you have created an account there are many programs you can look at. There are programs for both Adults and Children. Under the “All Programs” section you will find different types of mindfulness programs that are tailored to different age groups, studying, sporting needs and also allow you to sleep better.
