Year 7 Japanese

Year 7 Japanese class has been learning to talk about their family and pets. This has included learning to make descriptions with adjectives, saying age, and counting people using special counters. Next week, students will be giving a spoken introduction about their family as a part of their assessment for this year.

To better use their Japanese in the real world, Year 7 will be starting a pen-pal relationship with some Junior High Students at Shinonome Junior High School in Osaka, Japan. All students are looking forward to sharing their culture and bettering their language skills.
