Year 12 Science Extension

Year 12 Science Extension have been working extremely hard over the last 12 months on their scientific research projects. This component forms 40% of their assessment grade for the Science Extension course. Research projects are conducted individually and may be an extension of (but must not overlap with or significantly duplicate) any in-depth study attempted in the 2-unit science courses. We had a wide range of project topics across our class of 10 students - from how soil pH impacts the yield of lettuce through to whether numbers, letters or words are easiest to remember!

Their projects have now been submitted and all students should all be extremely proud of their efforts! Pleased to be showing off their final reports are: (Back row: (L-R) - Bethany Counsell, April Boyd, Luke Wilson, Natasha Livermore-Williams, Khant Minn Htin; Front row: (L-R) - Kyaw Minn Htin, Daniel Bogeholz, Steph Hancock, Elliot Mair, Bodhi Bailey).
