Congratulations Beau van der Beeke

After a standout performance as Splinter in the Kalamunda Amateur Dramatic Society’s production of Little Red Riding Hood, Beau van der Beeke was awarded the 2019 Encouragement Award. This award celebrates Beau’s commitment to personal excellence in the arts and his passion for performance and developing as an actor. We are so proud of Beau and are looking forward to his performance in Treasure Island at KADS later in the year.

Twelve Angry Men Update

The Year 11 & 12 Drama students have jumped straight into rehearsals for the Senior Drama Production of Twelve Angry Men this term after preparations in the summer holidays. The cast is an incredible mix of talented and enthusiastic ATAR and General Drama students who are mastering the New Yorker accent and handling some complex themes with care and maturity. This production is a difficult show to stage and perform due to the subtle and minimalist set as well as the demands on the actors to remain on stage for the entire performance. Put it in your calendars (Thurs & Fri, Week 9) so you don’t miss this wonderful production directed by Mr. Dan Jonkov. More information about tickets coming soon.
