Congratulations to MJBC member, Kiarn , for being invited to be part of Basketball WA’s new Emerging Talent Program (ETP).
Kiarn was identified by BWA High Performance Staff and invited to attend the U18 State Performance Program (SPP) Trials.
The ETP aims to provide athletes with the knowledge and understanding needed to be successful in future WA representative teams and athletes aspiring to represent Western Australia at the most elite level in the country. As well as playing for an Eastern Suns team and for Mazza Thunder in the U17 Div 1 domestic competition, you will see him umpiring basketball games at Ray Owen during the season.
What a great example of passion and living the dream.
Well done Kiarn and good luck!!
