Vice -Captains Report

Hi everyone,

The past fortnight has been busy as usual. On Tuesday the 18th of October we had a cultural performance to teach us about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. This gave us the opportunity to get into the culture and learn about some of the traditional dances and instruments.

On the 21st of October we are having a fundraiser for Pariak Primary School in the Dinka Bor Region of South Sudan. Students can support this fundraiser by wearing their pyjamas and bringing a gold coin donation. We will also be selling donuts and zooper doopers…YUMMO! Thank you Miss Maria for organising the donuts and zooper doopers. We can’t wait to see everyone supporting this important fundraising event.

Please remember that we must all be wearing our hats in Term 4. The UV is quite strong as we move into the warmer months of the year. Even on cloudy days the UV can be as high as 4 or 5.

We hope you all have a great week!

Until next time,

Chloe and Ulus (Vice Captains)
