Canteen lunch orders

The Canteen lunch ordering process changes next Wednesday, 12 October, and Canteen lunch orders will be placed using the Canteen module in Compass. More information and details on the Canteen page in this newsletter. 

Adding an Attendance Note

Any absence from school (during the school day or the whole school day) must be explained by parents/guardians by entering an Attendance Note on Compass. The categories you have to choose from in the Reason field of the attendance note are:

• Medical/Illness
• Medical Appointment 
• Bereavement *
• Truancy *
• Parent Choice 
• Family Holiday *
• Religious/Cultural Observance *

* The Department of Education & Training School Attendance Guidelines require that these absences during a school term require permission from Mr Perini, our Principal. Send an email the school email address advising the details of your child's absence if one of these circumstances applies. On receiving Mr Perini's response, enter the relevant attendance note on Compass and notify the classroom teacher.

Compass access

Every EHPS family has a login on Compass, and it is essential that you have access. If you are not able to login in to Compass please contact Jo in our School Office to reset the password for your family.
