TERM 4 SCHOOL FEES
Families should have received their Term 4 Tuition Fees via email last Friday. These statements are emailed directly from Compass. If you did not receive your statement, please contact Ms Traynor in the Office.
PLEASE NOTE: Compass only processes Sibling Discounts as a percentage not whole dollars therefore you will notice a slight difference in the amount to pay (cents only). Please ensure that this terms fees and any outstanding 2022 fees are remunerated before Friday 9 December (unless you have made alternative arrangements with the school) so that our books can be finalised by the end of the year.
As always if you have any concerns about making payment, please contact Mrs Baird at school to discuss the matter confidentially.
UPCOMING EXCURSIONS
K-Yr 1 Gunnedah Movie Extravaganza Excursion Tuesday 22 November ~ An event went out on Compass today for the Gunnedah Excursion for student in K-Yr 1. Students will travel to Gunnedah by bus accompanied by Mrs Baird, Miss Morrissey and Mrs Mitchell. Permission and payment must be confirmed by Tuesday 15 November otherwise the Compass event will expire. The cost is $20 per student which includes movie entry + meal combo. The bus will leave the school at 9am (after late bus arrives) and the bus is expected to return to school by 1:00pm in time for lunch. All students must catch the bus at school.
Many thanks to the PTF Association who has kindly donated the cost of the bus so that this excursion is affordable to all.
Yr 2-4 Warrumbungles Excursion Tuesday 29 November ~ An event went out on Compass last week for the Warrumbungles excursion for students in Yr 2-3-4. Students will travel to the Warrumbungles Environmental Education Centre in Coonabarabran by bus accompanied by Mrs Fenton, Miss Mooney and Mrs Rees. Permission and payment must be confirmed by Tuesday 22 November otherwise the Compass event will expire. The cost is $50 per student. Parents must ensure that their child is at school by 7:15am for a 7:30am departure and the bus is expected to return to school by 4:30pm so you will need to make alternative arrangements for pickup. Many thanks to the PTF Association who has kindly donated $500 towards the cost so that this excursion is affordable to all.

Transport NSW 2023 School Travel Applications
This applies to children who use or will need to use buses to get to and from school. Some children who may also need to reapply so if you are unsure please you read the attached flyer.
