Principal’s Message

Dear Parents and Carers,

Once again, it is incredible to witness the impacts of last week's flooding and the ongoing nature of this current weather cycle. I wish to acknowledge the ongoing resilience of our school community during this time. Thank you for encouraging your children to continue to engage in either online or on-site learning. It is not easy to maintain motivation for children when there are many changes to regular routines.  

Years 3-6 have been invited to participate in a Science day at Boggabri Public School today. This will be a great opportunity for our students to collaborate with other schools in our area.

This Friday we will be commemorating Remembrance Day with a liturgy at 10:45am in the school ANZAC memorial garden. All are welcome.

Our Kindergarten transition will conclude this Thursday 10 November (Week 5).  We will have a special assembly for our transition students starting at 2:30 pm. 

Advertising for our 2024 transition program will commence this term. If you know of anyone wishing to enrol their child for 2024 and participate in the transition program next year, please let me know. Program details and enrolment forms for next year's transition program are available by contacting Ms Traynor in the Office.

If you know of anyone who is intending to enrol at Sacred Heart either in Kindergarten or any other year group for 2023 , please encourage them to contact me at school. 

Happy birthday to Felicity  who celebrates her 12th birthday on Wednesday 9 November. We hope you have a fantastic day.
