What has changed in the school for 2021?
New build Update
The new Arts and Food Tech building is progressing very well. The builders will continue to work over the summer break in order to ensure that the refurbished Art classrooms and new toilets will be ready for the first day of Term 1 2023.
Students will notice on their timetables (released in january 2023) that the room numbers have changed in B block. This can be seen by our new School map for 2023. the refurbished Art classrooms will now be known as B7, B8 and B9. the food Tech rooms will be known as B11 and B12- and wil;l be used until the remaing part of the new building is complete at the end of Term 1.
By the end of Term1, we hope (fingers crossed) that the new part of the building (rooms B1-B6) will be ready for student use. This will include two new Food Tech rooms, VCd room, Media room, Textiles room and an open Gallery/Cafe space. Here are some shots f the progress on this building-
