Information for parents BEFORE School Photo day 2021
School Photos 2021 – Ocean Grove Primary School
Annual school photos including sibling photos will be taken at Ocean Grove Primary School by Arthur Reed Photos on Friday 26th Feb, 2021.
There is no need to return any forms or money to school.
Unique image codes will be issued to all students on/after photo day so families can register online to view images when they become available in the webshop.
Registration is simple, just follow the 3 simple steps on your child’s personalised flyer once you receive it and remember to add the codes for all your children attending this school.
Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do again this year using your child’s 2021 image code to link their images for the current year with your contact details.
When images are ready to view and in the webshop, all parents who have registered will be notified by SMS and email.
Once registered, please wait for notification that 2021 images are online to view before making your purchase.
TUTOR PROGRAM
Kate Artstall, Leanne Kelly and Hollie Stewart were very busy last week implementing assessments and collating data as part of the tutor initiative.
There is extensive online professional development available for our tutors that will enable them to facilitate best practice and a research based approach to our tutor program.
Students that will access tutor support will receive a formal letter outlining the tutor program and processes.
Ocean Grove Primary School received tutor funding for six months but has made a financial commitment beyond this as a means of supporting our students the very best we possibly can.

Parents and Friends Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Parents and Friends annual general meeting will be held on Friday 26th February, 2021 @9am. Please meet Nicola Hyde on the top basketball court outside the staffroom at Ocean Grove Primary School.

A REMINDER
Broad Brimmed Hats — Terms 1 and 4
A reminder that in Terms 1 and 4, it is compulsory for students to wear a dark blue broad brimmed or bucket hat (either plain or with school logo) whilst outside.
Peaked caps, baseball caps or any other hats are not acceptable.
Hats are available from the Uniform Shop (Looking Smart, 7 Marine Parade, Ocean Grove)
