Principal's Report

Michelle Mackenlay (Acting)

Well, who can believe Term 1 has finished already! It seems like yesterday that our 2021 Foundation students entered the school gates for their very first day, and now here we all are today celebrating the end of term with our annual Easter Parade.

I would like to thank all of our generous community for supporting the Easter Raffle, by donating items to the prize pool or for purchasing tickets. We ended up with 15 prizes that were drawn at the Parade this morning. Our 1st place winner was Levi R from Year 2A Thank you also to Mel Watt, who for the past few years has wrapped the prizes for our raffle.  We raised a whopping $892 for our school.

Farewell Ms Pratt

After 40 years in the Education system, Ms Fiona Pratt joined us for her final assembly to celebrate her retirement. She has worked tirelessly in her role as Principal of Clyde since beginning here in 2015. During her career, Fiona has worked at a range of primary schools including Kannanook, River Gum, Woodlands,  Koo Wee Rup and Clyde Primary School. Fiona has been a wonderful inspiration to many of the staff at our school. She has been a wonderful listener and support to our community members and will be sorely missed. We wish her well for her retirement which will be filled with many a golf game.
