Dear Parents/Carers,

AGM Date Change

Please note the PC AGM is moving. The new time is Friday 26 March at 8.45am, in the library (in the main building). Change to sign in process - please sign in via your phone at the gates - the QR CODE will be on display there.  Everyone is welcome to attend and have input. In order to vote, you’ll need to become a member using the form below, but you can do this at the meeting. We hope you’ll join us for coffee and a pastry whilst we discuss the upcoming year and vote on the office holders. This time should help accommodate greater participation and more details on voting and volunteer opportunities will be forthcoming. 

Icy Poles

Once again, icy poles will be sold for $1 from the junior school from 3.30-3.45pm and to the TeamKids crowd from 3.45pm. Please have exact change as this limits contact and keeps the line moving! 

Next week, 19th March, we need four 1D or 1E parents for icy pole duties. It’s quick and easy from 3.30 - 3.45pm and your kids will get a real kick out of seeing you helping to make their friends smile. If you can help, please let your Convenor know as soon as possible.

Second-hand Uniform Stall

The second hand uniform stall will be open Tuesday 16 March from 3.30 – 3.45pm, in the area between the main office and the BER, near the Sebastopol St gate. Please note payments will be accepted via Paywave. All monies raised will be directed back to the school for purchases that benefit all CJC kids. 

Donations of uniforms in re-sellable condition, washed & dried, are still welcomed into the PC Donations Box between 3.30 and 3.45pm on Mondays, Tuesdays or Fridays.  The PC Donation Box is behind the office building, in the undercover area between the art and music rooms. 

Parents Committee Membership

All new and current members must sign a registration form each year as per DET guidelines.  If you already know you want to help out in the community, thank you so very much. Our children love to see us active in their school and we love to welcome fellow parents who want to be involved; even as few as ten minutes per week or a suggestion here and there helps make what we do possible. Please return your signed form to pcleaders186@gmail.com.
