Student Work
Students getting Creative
This week, students of Years 7 and 8 were set the task of drawing a view from a window in their home, while students in year 9 concentrated on emotions and observations in isolation. As you can see from the selection shown below, students have displayed their creative thinking as well as artistic talent.

Nelly: Painting over an old picture canvas.
Review: I achieved painting the painting I wanted to do but I wish I had better skills to be able to add more detail in it that shows more than the photo. I found the quality was low not because of my effort but because of my skills and ability to add extra detail and not having the correct colours to add them. In the future I feel as though I need to focus more on the little details and be more prepared with the colours I chose. My family were happy with the picture but also wish that there was more detail in it to show which place it actually represents.

Food Studies @ Home
The students' food creations at home continue to inspire us all. This week the Year 11 food students presented their version of Kangaroo Chilli con Carne while the Year 9 students showed their skills with developing their own pizzas. Years 8 students have shown us creative presentations of their food.
