Teacher Tales

ISO Holidays

Here is a collage I call ‘ISO Holidays’, a pictorial of how I spent my Isolation Holidays of 2020. To be honest I really enjoyed them because I love a slow life with slow hobbies such as; beekeeping, knitting, renovating, walks. You’ll notice we were also lucky enough to witness a friends Virtual Wedding (well, bits of it as our hotspot internet isn’t up to scratch).

Ms Bailey

Overheard in the online classrooms:

"Hello, I don't know what to do",  followed a couple of minutes later by "Don't worry I just checked Compass"

Just before recess: "Can I go to snack now?"

“Mr I, may I please leave my desk and go to the toilet?”

Hey Miss, “Do I need to wear my uniform for the video conference?”

Covid 19 Will Not Halt the Building Works

Hope you are all keeping safe and getting through this difficult time.

I had hoped to show you all the exciting things happening around the College and many of the proposed works for 2020, but we were cut short by circumstances beyond our control late last term.

Enjoy these shots of your new Senior Building taking shape - something I hope you will all look forward to returning to:

Progress is good and the ground level is now at lock up. Works underway include glazing, plumbing, electrical, plastering, roofing, insulation of upper walls, AV installation and civil works are due to start shortly.
