Beginning of school year 2020

Uniform

It is very important to check the school uniform and sports uniform before the start of the new year. Many students grow significantly over the school holidays and suddenly shirts, shorts, and shoes do not seem to fit anymore. We begin the year with summer uniform - this does include the blazer. The blazer can be worn without the jumper and many students prefer this. We are very proud of how our students look and we ask that you continue to follow and support our Uniform and General Appearance policy - both of which can be found on our website.

We also cannot stress enough the importance of LABELLING all items of clothing and equipment. The ECSC staff are very distressed when we find jumpers, blazers, laptops and other clothing items with no name anywhere. We cannot return the piece of clothing and with over 400 students it is virtually impossible to sort out if clothing items that are not LABELLED which may be mistakenly taken by others. Uniform is an expense and should last so please label all items. All the Edgars Creek Secondary College uniform is available at PSW. Please follow attached link for details.

First Day Back 

Students start back at school on January 30th, and should be in Full Summer Uniform. If your familiy is still on holidays at this time please ensure you contact the school to let us know. 

BYOD

All students must bring their own working device (laptop, ipad, tablet) to class in order to access resources required for their learning. Teachers place resources on googledrive and our text books and other learning resources are online and electronic. If you are needing to upgrade your child's device we have provided some suggestions on our website to assist you.
