Under 15 Boys champions of Melbourne School Futsal Titles 2019

On Monday, 29 April, Doncaster Secondary College students went to Monash University to compete against elite Futsal teams from all around Victoria. All teams involved fought valiantly. Our U15 Boys played exceptionally well and were Melbourne School Futsal Titles 2019 Champions. Well done to Daniel H. 9H, Jon R. 9J,  Jamie C. 9H, Xavier T. 9B, Nikolas A. 9G, Callum M. 9B and Zane M. 9J.

Melbourne Futsal Titles 2019

Thursday, 2 May, was an early start for DSC girls Futsal teams but this didn't stop them from shining on the courts. The Year 7 and 8 girls teams had an eventful day, each playing 4 matches against each other and Balwyn High School teams. The encouragement and enthusiasm across both teams conveyed strong teamwork skills. Our Gold team achieved many wins, medals and a champions plaque. Congratulations girls!

State Championships 3 x 3 Basketball Competition

Over the last two years, our Intermediate Boys Basketball team have been State Champions and State Runners up four times. Last week, the team competed in the State 3 x 3 Basketball Competition. This style of competition has only recently been introduced and will be played at the 2020 Olympics. They were undefeated throughout the tournament and are the State Champions for 3 x 3 Basketball. What a fantastic effort!
