Online resources to support young people, parents and schools

REACHOUT is an online resource to support young people, parents and schools. Their focus is on providing practical support, tools and tips to help young people get through anything from everyday issues through to tough times. The information they offer parents makes it easier for them to help their teenagers, too. Everything they create is based on the latest evidence and designed with experts, young people or their parents.

Here are a few helpful and interesting reads from REACHOUT:

The Student Wellbeing Team at the College is also able to support students that may be facing these or many other issues. Beyond Blue report that over 75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25 and that young people are less likely than any other age group to seek professional help. Therefore, it is important that we, as a whole community, support and encourage our young people to seek help when facing challenges. Thanks for your support.
