Year 5 

This term the grade 5s have been learning about hybrid texts. Hybrid texts are books that combined information and a narrative story together. From a hybrid text you can learn a lot of interesting facts plus you get to read a fun story as well! We all got to pick an animal and we wrote a hybrid text about it. We had to include the appearance, habitat, diet, care of young and their adaptations. After we had completed this task we read our wonderful stories to the grade ones.
