From the President  Upcoming Events 

A major objective of the new Committee in 2021 is to look at ways of engaging old scholars who may not be interested or able to attend functions such as the Annual Dinner, luncheons or year level reunions. 

Committee member Zac Piesse (SVC 2011) is organising a 'day at the footy' this Saturday July 17. The game coincides with our home match day against the old foe Hutchins! Just pay the gate entry fee and join us for a day on the hill under the SVC marquees. Finger food afternoon tea will be provided, drinks at bar prices. 

2021 Annual Dinner 

The Old Virgilians Association Executive is pleased to announce following three former students will be inducted on to the St Virgils College Heritage Roll of Honour at the 2021 Annual Dinner on October 16 2021.  Details of the venue and booking arrangements for the dinner will be published in the August edition of OVAtion

NORTHERN OLD VIRGILIANS REUNION

The Association will hold its 2021 reunion luncheon on Saturday August 28 at the Ulverstone Golf Club starting at 12.30pm.

At the luncheon there will be an audio visual presentation celebrating the change over the College’s 110 year story 

AND 

Gavin  O’Dea will be added posthumously to the St Virgil’s College Heritage Roll of Honour.

A bus will transport those from the south wishing to attend this function and it will pick up any from Launceston en route to Ulverstone.   (ref. Graeme 0467 514 667)
