A Winter's Prayer

This week has been a beautiful winter's week at COHR! The mornings have been freezing, but the warmth of Wellbeing Week has certainly warmed us all very quickly.

A Winter's Prayer

God of creation, 

Thank you for the beauty of winter- 

for snow, frosty window panes, evergreen trees, warm coats and hot chocolates. 

Let us enjoy Your creation in all its glory, 

This winter and always.

Sacraments

At this stage our plans for First Eucharist and Confirmation remain in place. We feel for the children and families at Sacred Heart, whose First Eucharist was postponed due to the recent Lockdown. 

Yesterday's announcements do not extend to our dates in July, so we will have to wait for future direction from the Government and the Archdiocese of Melbourne regarding numbers allowed in the Church. We all pray for continued opening up and increased numbers allowed at Mass.
