Year 3&6 

The Year 3&6 students have been learning all about the states of matter. Students learned about the arrangement of particles in solids, liquids and gases through drama, using simulations, and creating their own drawings. The students have also learned about how solids turn into liquids by melting through investigating how ice cream, cheese, butter, and ice melts. 

Year 5&6 

The Year 5&6 students have been learning about the observable properties of liquids. Students explored the properties of liquids, including how liquids have different densities by making density towers.
