St Mary of the Cross MacKillop Feast Day August 8

God our Father, Mary MacKillop showed great courage when things were difficult. Make us strong in this courage too. 

Loving God, Mary MacKillop loved our land Australia. Help us to always appreciate the good things we have in our country. 

Loving God, Mary MacKillop met and answered many difficult needs in her time. May we be ready to help those who experience difficulties in their lives. 

We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
