Please read School and Class newsletters carefully

We LOVE our families at CPS, and we love talking to you,  but we would like to give a gentle reminder asking families to carefully read communications sent by the school. Much time in the Office is spent following up with information that has already been provided, and we would ask you to read, rather than automatically ring or email. Of course if you can't find the information, please do contact us. Many thanks.

Photo Catch Up day

We are delighted to announce that Schoolpix will be returning to CPS on Thursday 24 March to photograph those students and siblings who were unable to be photographed on Wednesday this week. If you have ordered your photos already and your child/ren were absent, they will automatically be photographed. Please note there will be no opportunity for class photographs to be re-taken.

Anaphylaxis, Allergy & Asthma Action Plans

Parents are asked to ensure that we have correct information about children with known medical conditions particularly Anaphylaxis, Allergy and Asthma Action Plans. 

Parents of such children are also obliged to ensure that Plans are up to date and that the necessary treatment such as Epipens or spare asthma inhalers are up to date. This week Office staff have had to chase up over 35 families who have not provided up to date plans, medications or information which takes a lot of time. Please ensure all medical and contact details are kept up to date. It's your responsibility !!
