SAPSASA FOOTBALL

On Thursday, June 1st, the selected team of Year 5/6 boys and girls, along with one Year 4 student, participated in the first round of the Statewide knockout football competition at Payneham Norwood Football Club. Magill competed against two other schools, Marryatville and East Adelaide

Although Magill did not win any of their games and will not be progressing to the second round, the team displayed great heart and enthusiasm. It was wonderful to witness their team bond strengthen throughout the day as they supported and pushed each other until the final whistle. While goals may have been scarce, congratulations are in order for Aydan D, Curtis H, and Ollie S for their impressive goals.

A big thank you goes to coaches Tom and Joe for their hard work and dedication, and to all the parents for their support and assistance with goal umpiring and scoring.
