Policy Update

The following policies have been updated and will be presented to School Council at their next meeting. Here is a summary of the changes. 

Fee Policy - 2022

1. Major Changes
   1. Inclusion of information regarding introduction of five hours of funding for three year old kinder program in 2022.
   2. Inclusion of Children/families experiencing vulnerability and/or disadvantage to Definitions
   3. Change from Enrolment Acceptance Fee to Kindergarten Registration Fee
   4. Updates to Statements of Fees & Charges and Fee Agreements re dates and fees.

Information & Communication Technology

1. Major Changes
   1. Inclusion of reference to professional use of interactive ICT platforms, such as social media and other information sharing platforms
   2. Inclusion of definitions for Cyber Safety & Information Sharing Platforms
   3. Updates to Attachment 1 – Procedures for use of ICT at the Service
   4. Inclusion of Attachment 2 – Unacceptable/inappropriate use of ICT facilities
   5. Inclusion of Attachment 3 – Social Media Guidelines
   6. Removal of previous Attachment 2 – Guiding principles for security of information systems
   7. Removal of Attachment 4 – Authorised User Agreement

Enrolment & Orientation

1. Major Changes
   1. New format from ELAA
   2. Reference to Xap for enrolment records
   3. Reference to Central Enrolment Registration Scheme
   4. Reference to Three year old funded kindergarten
   5. Attachments updated to reflect the above
