Our committed staff once again accepted an invitation to present our Life Skills school program to the wider community, by celebrating International Women's Day at the expo held at Newcastle University, Ourimbah Campus on Saturday 5 March.

On such a beautiful clear day we had eager people lined up to order our students homemade old fashioned lemonade and ginger beer to quench their thirst. Gifts and fresh produce from our school garden added a splash of colour and a variety of delights to the many visitors attending. Cravings for sweet treats were satisfied with an abundance of assorted boxes on offer to takeaway too.​ 

Special thanks go to Tracey O'Dowd and her friend Danielle who assisted with baking and preparations on Friday to make this another successful event for our Special Education Centre team.
