It's Buddy Time

Today, I had my first visit with my buddy. Her name is Eloise and she has light brown hair and blue eyes. It was great having a buddy for the first time, I felt more grown-up. As soon as we met we started playing Snakes and Ladders; she won 3 times! Eloise has a really good imagination and a caring heart. When we got bored of playing Snakes and Ladders we did some drawing. She drew a dog called Poppy and I drew a dragon, she recommended I add fire to it which was a great idea. After that she asked me to draw Poppy the dog as a human, it turned out to be one of the best drawings I’ve ever done. When it was time to go she gave me a hug and said goodbye.

Today, I met Archer. Archer loves to play Roblox and sometimes Fortnite. He likes to play Snakes and Ladders. When we played he won some games and lost some but he was still happy. He is nice and talkative. Archer is one of the nicest kindergarteners I have met. He is a good sport in my opinion and a good buddy to have. Archer has already learnt how to behave at St Joseph's.

Last Tuesday we met our buddy.  My buddy is Harlen he is kind and funny.

I was really excited to meet our buddies. My buddy made me a great handmade card with a picture of him playing with a ball. We played a game of snakes and ladders and he won every time. We also had lunch together. I think he was a bit nervous at first but then he settled in he was very chatty. We both had fun.  Charlotte

Last Tuesday I felt so nervous because we were getting our buddies. Everyone was waiting for their names to be called and their buddies names as well. When I was called I got put with Sophia which put a smile on my face. She gave me an adorable card with a really artistic drawing. We then played a small game of snakes and ladders which Sophia won each time. Emily
