Upcoming road works

PRIOR NOTIFICATION OF ROAD AND FOOTPATH WORKS ON MOORO DRIVE, MOUNT CLAREMONT

This is a preliminary notification to inform you that the City of Nedlands will be carrying out the above-mentioned road improvement works on Mooro Drive, Mount Claremont. 

A Contractor has not yet been appointed for these works and the City will issue another letter 2 weeks prior to starting the works targeting Nov – Dec, 21.

We are notifying you in advance to assist employees/users/parents in planning their journeys and identifying alternative access points to the College as no Non-Local access will be allowed once works are underway. Detours will also be in place during this time. The works are expected to be completed within a three month timeframe; however, this is dependent on the weather. The Works are located on: Mooro Drive – from Norfolk Rise to Camelia Avenue.

This is a preliminary notification that the City of Nedlands will be carrying out the above-mentioned road improvement works on Pine Tree Lane and Lobelia St, Mount Claremont. 

A Contractor has not yet been appointed for these works and the City will issue another letter 2 weeks prior to starting the works targeting Sept – Dec, 21. 

We are notifying you in advance to assist employees/users/parents in planning their journeys and identifying alternative access points to the College as no Non-Local access will be allowed once works are underway. Detours will also be in place during this time. The works are expected to be completed within a three month timeframe; however, this is dependent on the weather. The Works are located on: 

• Pine Tree Lane - from Mooro Drive to Lobelia Street
• Lobelia Street - from Pine Tree Lane to Mimosa Avenue
