Parents' Association

John XXIII College Parents' Association meetings are held every term. We encourage all parents to come along to hear updates from our Parent Committees and College Leadership Team, and to vote on how our Parents' Association funds are spent. 

 

Our Term 4 meeting will be held on Monday 1 November: this will also be our AGM. The Funding Proposal and Agenda submission deadline for this meeting is 5pm on Friday 22 October – and all successful proposals will be published in the newsletter on Friday 29 October, along with a full agenda for the meeting.

 

If you have an idea for a funding proposal please complete the Guidelines for Funding Proposal Form below and submit it to parentsassociation@johnxxiii.edu.au

 

 

If you would like to be more involved with the Parents’ Association in 2022 consider nominating for a position on the Committee. These positions are voted on and filled at the AGM segment of our Term 4 meeting. Enquiries about the positions can be sent to parentsassociation@johnxxiii.edu.au
