Grade Six

Term 4 in Grade 6 is one of our busiest terms. We have all worked so hard during remote learning and we are looking forward to coming back to school to see our friends and teachers. This term also brings up a lot of emotions as it is our last term at Oatlands. For some of us it has been our home for the last 7 years. We are sad to leave Oatlands but excited at what Year 7 and high school will bring.

This focus this term has been our Passion Projects. Students got to pick from a range of topics. The topics we could choose from were Visual Art, Coding and Digital Design, Performing Art, History, Sport or Fashion Design. This project has been a lot of fun and has put our design and creativity skills to the test.

We have some exciting things coming up in Grade 6 and we are hopeful that restrictions will ease, and we will be able to do all of them. They include MasterChef, End of Year Activities such as Coach Approach, Bowling and McDonalds, Graduation Lunch and of course Graduation Night.
