Who doesn’t love ice-cream? We decided to reflect on our holidays using scoops of ice-cream! Each colour/flavour related to a different question posed to the students.

 

Thanks to Fred’s ‘fun fact of the day’ – last week we celebrated ‘Bathtub Day’! So yep, you guessed it – we had a ‘book in the bath’ as part of our literacy lesson!

In 5/6, we spent time reflecting on the earthquake in Melbourne, sharing what we were doing at the time, and how it made us feel. Students wrote about their experience, using the 5 senses to help them describe what was occurring around them.
