Our Parish will have the celebration of the 2nd Rite of Reconciliation during the Lenten season on Friday 8 April 6.30pm at Our Lady's Church in Maidstone. This is a chance for everyone who has been to confession before to continue to experience this healing Sacrament ahead of Easter.

Upcoming Parish Events

·  Saturday 2nd April 9:30am to 2pm - Parish Working Bee - Our Lady's Church. This is an opportunity for our community to informally gather and get to know each other with a light lunch provided. At the same time, we will help the Church prepare for the coming Easter Celebrations.

·  Friday 8th April 6.30pm-  Second Rite of Reconciliation - Our Lady's Church. We Catholics are fortunate to have the Sacrament of Reconciliation and I encourage all teachers, students and their families who have had their 1st Reconciliation to attend. For those who are to have their Confirmations later this year, attending the 2nd Rite of Reconciliation with their families, is a great way to prepare for this significant Sacrament and milestone in their faith journey.

Please note:

·  This year Station of the Cross is combined for the broader Parish Communities of Braybrook and Maidstone to connect with each other as we reflect together on Jesus's Journey and what he endured for us. Date/Time/Location: Friday 15th April, 10am Rogers Reserve 23-25 Burn Street, Maidstone.  

·  There will be an Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday 17th April after the 9.30am Mass at Christ the King Church and 10am Mass at Our Lady's Church.

·  Sunday 1st May is the Parish Feast day after the 10am Mass at Our Lady's Church.
