East Doncaster SC finishes fourth at the 2022 EMR Swimming Carnival!

The EDSC Swimming team achieved one of it's best results at region level, finishing fourth in the 2022 Eastern Metropolitan Region Swimming Carnival held at Aquanation (in Ringwood).

Backing up from our second place in 2021, EDSC sent a strong team to compete and did a wonderful job to place in the top 5:

486 – Balwyn HS

386 – Mount Waverley SC

296 - Ringwood SC

281 – East Doncaster SC

278 - Upwey HS

Our team had several individual highlights on the day but the collective team spirit and support from all team members stood out across the day. Although not all students received medals for their efforts, a number of our students swam personal best times that allowed our team to score points in every race we were represented in throughout the days program. 

The major highlights from an action packed day were the following students who received gold medals and a place in the SSV State Finals (on Thursday 28 April):
