Yr 7 Technology Excursion 

In Week 4, Term 3. Year 7 Technology Class (7TEC2) visited Oasis HortiCulture in Yellow Rock. This was an amazing experience for us as we were able to learn about the different environments that plants need to grow from seeds to seedlings and so on. This experience allowed us to see how big businesses grow plants in technical ways. 

We had a tour around their facilities, and they showed us their planting machines, green houses, and some machines that cost $250,000 each! 

We also met Sweat Pea, the resident cat!
