Festival of Resilience – Junk Band
The Festival of Resilience is a celebration of the Blue Mountains community as a resilient, creative, connected community, living sustainably within a World Heritage National Park. On Sunday 11th September, Mic Conway will lead a junk band jam in Carrington Place from 11.30am-12.30pm. Bring along your musical instrument made out of junk and join the fun! If you need ideas for your junk instrument, check Mic’s tutorial on Youtube: Mic Conway’s - How to Make Music with Anything.

- Darug Songlines with Jacinta Tobin – 27th August, Phillips Hall Blackheath
- Beginners ukulele lessons and strum – 3rd September and 1st October, Royal Hotel Springwood
- Get folked! A one-day festival of Folk music; 10th September, Junction 142 Katoomba
- Community Spring Sing; 9th October, Leura
